- Tours may go down and up several staircases, and include walking of more than a mile.

About this Tour
The regularly scheduled Fort Collins Ghost Tour is offered Memorial Day through Christmas and private tours can be scheduled year round. The Fort Collins Ghost Tour includes a guided evening journey in and underneath Old Town Fort Collins. Along the way, you will learn about local legends, hauntings, ghostly sightings, and strange happenings. Tour stops vary between each tour.
Event Waiver
By booking this tour, you certify that each participant that you are reserving tickets for has read and agreed to the event waiver.
Location
Tours start in Old Town Square near the fountain. We are located between Cira Ltd and Thamel Import Gifts. Look for the Fort Collins Tours and Home State Realty signs. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with the tour guide(s). Tours depart promptly at the scheduled times.
Weather
Tours run rain or shine, except in the rare case of extreme weather. We will contact the person that purchased tickets with the phone number or email provided if we ever have to cancel a tour due to extreme weather conditions. You can also call us prior to a tour to inquire about tour status.
